Agreement

By using Mello, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Use of Service

Mello is a timer and focus app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the AI generation features with inappropriate content
• Share or resell AI-generated content commercially

Purchases

Mello offers in-app purchases:

• Premium Themes: One-time purchase to unlock all premium animated themes
• Premium Soundscapes: One-time purchase to unlock all premium ambient sounds
• AI Credits: Consumable credits for generating custom themes and soundscapes

All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

AI-Generated Content

Themes and soundscapes generated using AI credits are for your personal use. You retain rights to use them within the app. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Disclaimer

Mello is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app. The app is not a medical device and should not be used for medical timing purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
